Write some Software

Hi, I generally have a high work load and I would like to "hire" someone in order to sub-contract the project in question. For now, I'd just like to talk with a few potential contractors, and if things go well then I will contact the selected one when I need help. Projects will be in the .NET Web Development area - and just to mention the technologies/tools at a high level: ASP.NET MVC, C#, MSSQL, VS, TFS, EF, HTML/CSS, Javascript / jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap etc. What I would expect from you: - fluency in English (!) - can-do attitude (!) - honesty (probably the most important - if you can't do something / haven't done something but feel like you could do it / have a problem with anything - just say so and we'll figure things out) - communication; if I give you a project that means I want to hear from you at least every other day - I don't want to have to wonder what are you up to - if you are working on it or not. - independent - work experience with the above technologies and you should generally write efficient/reliable/scalable code - I am more interested in the ASP.NET MVC, C# and SQL area, meaning the backend - you should also be familiar with front-end and at least understand HTML/CSS and jQuery in order to make use of a template, and convert it into an application. I am open to new freelancers as I know how hard it is to build reputation around here. Please start your bid with your opinion about this offer and then continue with your work experience in .NET Web Development AND your over-all availability for freelancing (are you a full-time freelancer, do you have other projects ? are you a new freelancer?).
