I need gnu cpp expert for raspbian(raspberry pi 3) I am developing ble program that received from nordic ble device. The ble device is using Bluetooth Gatt profile, And on raspberry pi side, I need receive the value(notify). Main Problem: if, on the side of nordic ble device: enable pairing then on the rpi, working well. but, on the side of nordic ble device: disable pairing then on the rpi, it can connect to device, but not working (notify) notify is Heart Rate.
