Port delphi project to VC++

I have a small Delphi application which I have to port to VC++ Native 32Bit. The Project is very small, below about 150 Lines of code. The Application mainly just calls functions from a dll. The included dll is a test version. It do nothing other then writing the call events to a log file. So we can test, if the Application calls the functions from the dll correctly.
