Programming Digital Signal Processing

Dear friends I am a MSc Student, i was asked to program a speech recognition software using the blackfin processor, Moreover i was given then ADSP-BF561 EZ-KIT to use for the project. My goal is not to have someone to simply just right me the code and sort everything out for me, No. I am very much keen to learn the skill of digital signal processing. what i need is some one who can help set up the kit and connect all the wire through skype and then walk me through the way i can set up the codec and how can i obtain the values so that i can use them in the Dynamic Time Warping algorithms that i have developed. i need to this in one week. i need some one who has worked with analog devices and have at least 1 hour to 2 hours a day to skype with me. if you think you can do this i will post the image of the ADSP-BF561 EZ-KIT in the enter net and all the peripherals that i need them to work with it. The final project should allow me to say a word using a microphone and that word should appear on a small screen that i have. For example i need to store words Like One, two, three (This is known as training stage) and when i say the word one or any of them it should appear on the screen. if you think you can assist me in doing this in a shrot time then i will be even happer.
