I need to send a bulk email campaign to 90,000 emails CAN-SPAM compliant with unsubscribe link and must be able to attach the receivers name in the email for each email address IP MUST NOT BE BLOCKED BY ANY PROVIDERS AT ALL! I have already tried other freelancers that had their IPs blocked by hotmail and gmail and have made a dispute with freelancer and got my money back so do not waste my time if you have blocked IPs Place your lowest bid and I am happy to award the project immediately.
