I am looking for an experienced project manager to help with the full renovation of my commercial space. We currently have a rough idea in mind, but need help putting together a detailed plan and design. The completion date we are aiming for is within 3 months.
The project manager must have experience in managing commercial renovation projects and have the ability to efficiently coordinate with architects, contractors, designers, and other professionals. They should also be well versed in staying on track and on budget while dealing with potential construction delays.
The successful applicant will have strong organizational and problem solving skills, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. They should also have the knowledge and expertise to understand the scope of the project and manage all aspects of the renovation.
Able to read and communicate in chinese will be essential.
