design my house and get me planning permission

i need to submit a planning application in powys (wales/UK). i've done rough drawings of the house but i need them proffessionalizing maybe with an expert adding in there own touches to make it a great house. its a strange build on a small plot. The land is currently owned by the house bordering the land on the right side and I would like to construct a small 2 bed property on it and as I’ve never done this before I thought the best thing to do would be to contact yourselves to get the ball rolling. I’ve attached some rough drawings of how I envisage the house looking, and given as much information as possible. • I would like full planning permission not outline planning permission • I intend to build in wooded frame and brick (same brick as next doors house) • I have no idea where the services (water, drainage etc) are and if they run close to the house • The sellers have requested no windows looking out over them (skylights are ok) • The sellers have also requested only 1 ½ story house • I would like to have planning permission in place by start of new year at latest • I will be doing some of the building myself but also using local experienced tradespeople i really would like the full service so i can just give the plans to the planning department and also the builder and they can get on with it, i should add i want the build to be cheap let me know what you are offering as your bid and any experience you have. please starty your quote with the words Hi Chris so i know you've read the brief
