Architect for House Plan and 3D Elevation

We are going to make a house on 29' x 56' plot(front 29'). We need an architect who will have following duties Layout of Plan including arrangement of bedroom, bathroom, drawing room and living room Columns, Beams and Steel Structure with every detail Doors and Windows location along with their height, width and sill Location of lights and fans Elevation 3D The requirement for house plan is as follows Basement: There should be a basement containing only a drawing room Ground Floor and First Floor There should be three bedroom each with attached bath There should be one kitchen and one living room All rooms should have access to open air The stairs should be outside for basement and first floor One of those bath should also have living room or other access i.e. another door so that it may be used by guests, which may use it without entering any room The garage should be for one car Submit your previous work which include all details of a house plan along with 3D elevation.
