Hi, I use smarterasp, and my sites were also victim of ransomeware, two days ago I fixed my clients site whos hosting was on smarterasp. my sites are working but sometomes down, smarterasp server is not stable, they are still doing fixes. some changes can be done only by smarterasp staff, since we dont have full access to the server I can help you also, if it can be done through control panel, At least can give you directions.
