I need to build a portal system like [login to view URL] but with many more modules; the modules are almost already existing (we will use freeware-open source code); there will be a "framework" and a "skin" system; the entire system can be inherited by a subscriber: he will have a "blank version" of the entire portal and will be able to customize via admin panel. There will be multilingual support. The job consists of the implementation of the modules in the main framework and of the database redesign to provide an unique subscription so that a visitor which subscribes the portal can use all the available features (forum, guestbook, banners, blogs,....)
