Simple Google Maps Asp .net Project

I need a simple asp .net (3.5 or 4.0) page with google maps integration. The features of the page should be as follows : I want to show company objects in my map. There will be a few info about every company (name, contact info vs). - There will be a google map in the page - When the page is load the map will show predefined companies - User can be able to add a few types of markers to the maps (4-5 different types of markers) - Before adding a marker user will write a name to a text box and select a picture from a choose file dialog box; after that user will click the map and a new marker is added. - User can click the markers. If the marker is left clicked tooltip window will be shown. it will show the caption that user writed to the textbox and show the picture that user uploaded. (optionally it will be better if you can show an html content in the tooltip box) - if the user right clicks the marker , the marker will be removed. Please contact for more and detailed info if my specifications are not clear. A good css design will be appreciated and css knowledge is preferred.
