5819 ASP Bear Login Update

Updates for bear site for programer vark. They need the following: ** We want to add a section - Under downloads - that will allow users to download software updates etc. This needs to have a little bit of security added to protect the updates behind a logon page. However we don't want to manage logons and passwords. We want a password that changes at 12am each night. Our team will give the password to the user via email or over the phone. Further info: clients will have a username to use as well as the changing password to access staff will just use normal email to send passwords to clients (ie email not embedded in admin area) there needs to be one standard un and pw for staff to access the admin area
