105895 ISAPI Filter for IIS

I need someone to create an IIS version 6.0 ISAPI filter for me and help me install it by instructing me -- I cannot give you access to my server to install it yourself. I see how to do it at [login to view URL], for example, but I don't have visual studio. Here is what I need: whenever someone visits a directory, if a request is made for either an [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] file then the user should be redirected to [login to view URL], within the same directory. In the URL of the user's browser, I want to show the [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] URLs -- not the [login to view URL] url. Please confirm that you have IIS experience when you bid on this job. The script must be done today, within the next couple of hours, and I will install in tomorrow morning. I would like to see the script functioning on your server before installing, if possible. I'm in Pacific time zone.
