Dear all, please read my profile carefully before applying. I´m looking for experienced academic content writer for the development of a text book for an online course. Usually I prefer to work longterm together and not change the freelancer once we collaborate well. Please find below a description of the current project: Regulation and Compliance in Digital Finance Project description: • The Unit on Regulation and Compliance is only one unit of a larger online course with several units which are mostly developed already • The unit contains of 8 several chapter • Each chapter should have around 16 pages of professional academic script for learning • The structure and sources for each chapter are being given Your task: • Writing/ development of the textbook based on given sources • Creation of summaries, illustrations and a text structure that supports learning • Development of exemplary exam questions (simple multiple choice) Timeframe: • The entire Unit shall be finished by 15th September • Working hours: The general goal is to develop one chapter (16 A4 pages, usually 200 to 400 words per page) in one day Budget: • The budget per chapter is around 200 SGD/ 150 USD What you need: • Latest version of MS Word and Powerpoint • Preferably Dropbox for sharing updates and files What is the profile I´m looking for: • Extensive experience in writing of professional or academic articles • Perfect in written and spoken English • You have got great and creative ideas to develop a textbook that is fun to read, gives great concepts and insights using grafics, tables and illustrations • You ideally have some basic knowledge in finance / banking/ fintech • You can develop the contents based on given sources yourself and you are highly reliable • You are an expert in MS Word and how to use it for academic writing When you apply: • Please share your current CV as a separate file • If you have please provide examples of your earlier work • Please share just in 5 bullet points why are interested in this project I´m totally new to this portal, so please bare with me if I ask some questions. Usually I hired academics from Germany for these jobs, but I would like to try working with people from abroad now since contents are in English anyway.
