We are a Contact Center Technology company in need of a technical writer to initially create a publish user manuals for our SaaS contact center product line. We have existing manuals in MadCap Flare, HTML5, and Microsoft Word. We need to edit content from the MadCap Flare site from UK english to US english. This manual also requires content rebranding. Looking for only for US based freelancers at this time with preference for metro Denver Colorado.
