We need someone with a good working knowledge of fitness (exercises and diets). We require someone who will be able to write us some content (extremely proficient in English). The areas for which content is required: (1) descriptions of how to complete a large number of exercises (we will provide a list of exercises and a reference source to help if writer is unsure of how a particular exercise is executed. (2) we require content to be written outlining various phases of diet. e.g- calories/ protiens/carbohydrates/ fats/ meal times/ supplementation/ example diet plans.
