I am a heart attack survivor. I have a defibrillator in my chest to help me out in case I will be having next attacks. I had the attack 4 years ago. My Cardiologist told me I won't last long. Maybe 3 or 5 years. It's my 4th year now and I am getting stronger to my Doctor's amazement. It is because of continuous diet, exercise and minimizes the stress that's making me healthier each day. I want a writer who could do a blog for my story.
