i have seen the file you attached and i can make a system which you deploy at the door and when any female will try to enter the room this system will first check her ID. If ID is correct it will allow her to enter or it ID is wrong it reject or switch ON a security buzzer

You can use RFID card where each tag id should have the differentiate between male and female. The reader will integrate with digital lock system. All would be programmed under Arduino
