Add features to an iPhone application

I have a few IOS apps that are basically calling to urls of my courses on the web (and has some navigation and "about us" features) For example: [login to view URL] When I'm uploading a new app with a new course it gets rejected by the Apple review team due to : "Guideline 4.2.2 - Design We noticed that your app’s main functionality is to market your service, with limited or no user-facing interactive features or functionality. Apps that are primarily marketing materials or advertisements are not appropriate for the App Store. Please see attached screenshots for details. Next Steps We encourage you to review your app concept and incorporate different content and features that are in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines. " In order to get the app into the app store, I want to add: 1. a notes system that allows writing your thoughts and read later like a notebook (see as reference attached video or on the android app [login to view URL]) 2. a notification feature that lets you pick time and days in the week and notifies you in those times and days every week that it is time for your lesson (by default, the day and time of installation/first app opening are when the app will notify weekly). see as reference attached video or on the android app. I will provide the code of the existing app (I use XCODE 7, objective c and I will need the code for future use and updates.) Should fit for both mobile and tablet. Also if you know of another / better / simpler way to increase functionality and to pass the apple store review, I'd love to hear.
