We need a simple app that has these features: 1. App should read incoming message and parse it and add to an online database. Send an sms to the number from where the message had been received. This message needs to be configurable. 2. Based on the location of the app user (in a multi-storey building) the app should show a pre-defined list of promotional offers as a push notification. 3. Using a web interface our staff should be able to push messages to all users of the app based on criteria in the database 4. We should be able to update the database of users using a web interface - outside the app of course 5. Should work on ios and android
