**_MUST BE IN VERSION SDK1.4_**
I need a Java program to read and parse an HTML file. The program must open and read the file and
check for valid tags. To make the program easier, you will stop with an error on the first error
found. The checker validates that all tags have a beginning and ending, there are no nested tags
and the required tags are present.
The required tags in order are <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY></BODY></HTML>. Every HTML document must
have these. There can be nothing after the final </HTML>. There can be nothing between the </HEAD>
and the <BODY> tags. The only thing that may be between the <HEAD> and </HEAD> tags are <TITLE> and
</TITLE> tags. There may be text between the title tags.
The body tags contain the body of the document. The allowable tags are <FONT> and </FONT>, <H1> and
</H1>, <P> and </P>, <I> and </I>, <B> and </B>, <IMG> and </IMG> and <A> and </A>. Remember the with
the open tags there may be text before thre close >, for example
<A HREF="[[login to view URL]">Microsoft</A][1]>. You should validate that the string contains a
> before a </ and that the name of the beginning tag matches the name of the ending tag.
