Flash-based animated TRAVEL website

I'm looking for a talented person who can build a 3-D, Hollywood-style, high-quality TRAVEL website that will showcase several destinations. What we need built is a flash intro, header and footer, sides, menu bar, and leave the space blank in the middle so we can add our own content. This is an example that we really like: <[login to view URL]> The only difference from that sample and what we want is that we want a horizontal menu bar. All aspects of this website should be flash and animated like the sample. Please note I'm not asking you to add the content to this website; I just need the intro,? and the frame (header/footer/menu bar) so I can add my own content. This is an easy job for someone who knows what they're doing. Please do not bid if you cannot deliver quality as good or better than the example. Thanks!
