Angular 2 login form and authentication

I am developing a login form in angular 2 requesting email and password. I have the code set up but it has errors and needs to be debugged. I have the source on github. [login to view URL] The email and password are verified by a http post to my web server returning a json observable. [login to view URL] Which returns the User's details as json if valid email and password and if not returns an empty result set. The users token and name are stored in local storage. An authentication service can be called to check if the user has logged in and if not to call the login form. The structure of the angular2 is that each component, service, html and css are to be stored under src/app/login the authentication component ts html and css to be stored under src/app/auth.
