I want to build a rating and review website with an associated android app

Basically, I am looking to build a rating and review website with a twin app, similar to this website: ([login to view URL]). The website and app are for reviewing anything (products, websites, apps...etc) with a rating out of five stars. It will have the following categories: - Browse reviews (with filtering preferences) - Search for a product/website (with advanced search options) - Write your review (with allocated forms and admin control) - Community (discussion forum for website visitors) - Blog (for writers of the website) If you choose to write your review, you have to sign in either by registration or by social log in. Then you will choose to review a website, an app, or a physical product. Based on your choice a suitable form will appear. For websites and apps, the review will have these required fields: - URL or APP name on Google play or Apple store. The website system will not allow duplication of pages for the same URL or App name. It will pop up a message that reads "a page already exists for (this website/app). Please add your review there. You will be redirected to the correct page once you click "OK"". Once the button "OK" is clicked, it will redirect automatically to the appropriate page and ask the user to add their review there. - A rating out five starts - A rich text box to enter the whole story of the transaction experience An optional field will be to upload a picture. If the user wants to highlight his/her review as a verified customer, they can check a box (I have a receipt) which will allow them to upload their receipt or proof of purchase. There is an integrated snapshot of the website/App once the information is entered. The same thing goes for product review. However, for products, the key information will be the brand name and the model. Again, duplication is not allowed in the model name and the user will be redirected to the original page. All other fields are the same as mentioned above. The website also has an option to register as website/app/ product owner. the user needs to provide documents to prove ownership and they will be allowed to reply to customers reviews. The control panel will be easy to use and user friendly. The admin will be able to assign users as supervisors or writers in the website. The website will have Google adsense or other advertisement banners. it will also have the ability to have amazon associate product links. Of course, additional pages such as T&C and Contact Us ...etc apply without saying. Two languages are served: Arabic and English. This is a brief description of the project.
