Seeking a WebAR Expert (Augmented Reality for Web)

Have to develop a basic web-ar app (to work in both android and ios). There is an animated model that should play in the AR environment upon detecting surface. Basic interactions should be added to the model (pinch to zoom etc.) Option to replay the animation Option to record the animation in user's environment and save media in phone's gallery. Bonus feature: Be able to share the recorded video on social media with pre-defined hashtags.
