I have an app that needs to be published on google play today itself. It's a very expensive app and we have crossed the deadline during development phase so we need it done today. We will provide you description, screenshots and icons with signed apk file. All you need is to do upload it. The reason for hiring someone else for this job is that we dont have google developer account. Secondly, our client is more download oriented so looking for someone with mature developer account atlease one app published from that account would work for us.
