Notepad Note Taker

I want someone to make a notepad with the following features: Besides being able to enter text manually, there should also be an option to listen to all that is being said in the environment and convert it to text, also a way to convert that text to speech. I wish to be able to select the language in which the text to speech will use. The app should sync all the notes to gmail, and also have a way to export and share selected notes to the same app in the other phone, through whatsapp, facebook, twitter, or gmail. The app should have a way to export the text to speech into an mp3, and save it to the internal memory for later use. I also need a step by step instruction manual, that explains the code, so I can understand how the app was made, so I can later modify it if necessary. The app should have the option to change between all the supported google languages for the text to speech and speech to text. I would also like to have an option to translate the text that is being heard to another language.
