high level design of my app

I am creating an app and need to present a high level design of it. What I specifically need is Provide a high-level (architectural, abstract) design of the proposed solution. Begin with a graphic showing the relationship(s) amongst the major solution components. For each of the components, describe the design of the solution in a format appropriate to the subject area (e.g., ER diagrams for database-centric projects, UML diagrams (class, activity, interaction and/or use-case) for large-scale software projects, etc.). Each component of the design must be accompanied by a brief paragraph describing the responsibility (intended functionality) of the component. My app is going to be a java android parking app for my school where students can use the app which will likely use google maps api to put where their car is parked. Then if someone else sees ticketing or towing in that specific lot you parked in hen you will recieve a push notification saying that they are ticketing or towing in your lot.
