Android App Development + UI/UX Design + Web Control Panel

Hello, we are making a mobile app on the Android Platform using Java. Concept is -- 1) INFORMATION Users come online for below reasons and find important information on a) Deals, Discounts, Promotions that I will control from the web admin panel b) (Latest and Top) Trending (Topics/Discussions/Hashtags) on [login to view URL] (Filtered by Category and Country) - Must Update Information from Twitter Automatically every day (using API or any other tech feature) We must be able to see how many views/clicks/shares/lines/comments we go in each post from the control panel. 2) POINTS We have a loyalty point and reward gift system. Points are given based on time and engagement on the website. From admin, we should be able to control the reward given for these activities so we can change this in future for all users OR new users from that point of time. We must be able to see the points and breakdown of all people in control panel and must be able to sort/filter in web admin panel 3) SURVEY (MAX OUT) From control panel, can add survey form (with a text field, multiple-choice, checkbox options). Must be able to filter to select which users can see this survey form (all or only a few so must be able to filter). We will add points for the survey. (there will be an option here that if we want to send this by email also to the people, then it will go. We will make a standard template for this, so it goes by email also to all people selected) - We must be able to view/filter/sort their responses in web control panel. Basically, we are sending them message and getting their reply. 4) MAILER & PUSH NOTIFICATION I want to send push notification to tell them ---- their points update, recent gifts added, latest news (but it must not go automatically, I must be able to select if it must be scheduled automatically OR can select which users to send what message - filter user and send them notification A, and other people send notification B). Must also be able to prepare automatic scheduling that goes weekly for example about their reward points update OR initial thank you for registering email with how it works details I think better we make in the admin panel in a way that - I create a job and set the schedule or set it to manual & same for push notification 5) CROSS TRADE === in this section. A User can see many listings (filter by category and sort by date posted). And any user can add a listing also. Listing is basically - For example - I will add a title, description and points. I can teach badminton will be my title. And I will teach 10 classes for 30 minutes can come in my description. And Points i can mention, how many points i need to do this. == So when a user see's this listing. They can share, put comment, and click Get This. When they click get this == Admin, and that User who is offering service, will get the email.
