A client of mine has a App within Amazon and also is creating a integration for Amazon shipping. In the US, due to a mix up, they have two accounts with two merchant IDs. Issue 1. They had not updated their Encryption in Transit documentation and had the data access on their App restricted. They have since updated it and Amazon so are are refusing to grant access to the data they need for their clients. Issue 2. The two merchant codes are creating a problem with Amazon Shipping and the API requests we are sending are creating a 500 error. Amazon tell us it is a problem their end, but then have stopped communicating with our developers. Essentially we want to ensure we are fully compliant with Amazon's Terms and Conditions and get access to the Data and APIs.
