Create a movie from a set of images

I need to make a very simple movie by using Adobe Premier and the following collection of files: [login to view URL] Requirement 1: You attentively read the task description before bidding. Requirement 2: The movie should not be too large (ideally, around 10 Mb) – so, please, feel free to reduce images or use any means of size reduction that do not visibly compromise image quality (we could cooperate on this one) Requirement 3: The movie will include the following order of scenes (a name of each scene corresponds to files names): 1. Movie_4a (frame 240) – stays for 2 sec and then fades away within 2 sec 10. Movie_5a (frame 1) – stays for 2 sec and then fades away within 2 sec 11. Movie_5a_labels – stays for 2 sec and then fades away within 2 sec 12. Movie_5a (frames 1_240) – stays for 2 sec and then fades away within 2 sec 13.
