Create a Desktop Application or Windows service to retrieve emails from Google Mail and send to online database with API

**AGENDA:** Retrieve emails from Google Apps Mail account (using POP, IMAP or Google API) and place them as rows in a table at Teamdesk via the Teamdesk API. **Components** 1. Google Apps 2. Desktop app or Windows Service to perform the work. ** ** **The testing environment:** A test email account has been established in our Google Apps environment and sample database at Teamdesk has been created and access will be provided for the vWorker. ## Deliverables **Required:** 1. A program that a "user" can install on their desktop. * a tray icon with menu would be ideal 2. A way to input the relevant parameters * Teamdesk data needed for submission * table and column numbers * Database or API address * Google mail account * server address * User account * User password * GUI would be nice but happy to use INI file to keep costs down for now. * GUI can come later 3. A result response (success/fail) after each email posted into Teamdesk. * Successful - Log entry * Fail - popup if failed 3 times 4. Runs every x minutes like a mail client
