We are looking for someone who has experience with Oracle databases and Oracle HTML DB. A conventionally website has to be redeveloped in HTML DB. A simple payment method must be inplemented using a payment service with Triple Deal. No further transaction handling. (Only a message to us and the customer that the payment was succesfull.) Users must have the possibility to sign up and to sign off for a newsletter. The website must use css style sheets. The databse must contain the prfile of the customer who wnats to receive the newsletter. The sytsem must be able to mail the newsletter. The newsletter may be a seperate PDF or HTML file. It is not allowed to use something else then HTML DB.
