Allow for a pickup or delivery option for baked goods and say local delivery only (at this time). Add a fake address like: Baking Goods Test Street, 111 Test Street, Test City, TS, 12345 (555) 555-5555... Use cupcakes or better yet muffins images unpurchased but with istockphoto number so it can be purchased at a later date. Use wordpress plug-ins to setup paypall e-commerce store setup.
