Cleanup of C# Serial Access Program

Attached is a simple C# program that reads incoming data on the select port and logs it to a database. We need the following enhancements: 1. Change this to a Windows service 2. Change the database access to Ngpsql (<[login to view URL]>) 2. Store database specific info in the ini file. 1. Use of NLog ([login to view URL]) to log errors in the application. 2. Use of Nini ([login to view URL]) for configuration saving, reading, etc. 3. Resulting code should pass FxCop and StyleCop review (and all errors in both should be fixed) 4. Project should be able to be rebuilt using SharpDevelop ([login to view URL]) ## Deliverables Must run on Windows XP SP3.
