C++ Windows Desktop Application

We need an experienced C++ developer to develop an effective weather desktop application for Windows. The app includes 4 [login to view URL] will be provided with the full design files, including weather icons, images in **PSD layers**, and of course a weather **API access**. General Requirements: * Programming language: C++ * Supported OS: Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista. * The developer should have experience in **GUI** development. * The application may not use any kind of **.Net Framework**. This is crucial for us. * Develop the app using **Visual Studio 2008 or 2005** (not 2010 or 2012) * The application final deliverable should be **a single EXE file without any dlls****.** * The application should be accessed from the taskbar tray and from the quick launch. * The app shall include an installer (InstallShield Professional) Milestones: 1. First Screen development - after 25% of the project. 2. Second and third screens - after 75% of the project. 3. Final Deliverable - 100% of the project
