Customize A MS Project 2010 to manage a training schedule demo

I would like to use MS Project to manage a training schedule. I have 400 courses 75 trainers, 20 locations. I have created a demo to pilot this. I would like the following customizations to the demo I created: 1. Gantt Chart Bar Color--should change depending on 'location' ('text1' field from 'Task' object) Every year new locations are added, some are dropped. An simple way to do it would be to make a new Column 'bar color' and i can just change this depending on the location of the course. 2. Resource customization -- 'Trainer' I have one resource: 'Trainer.' I would like have customized fields: A) "Courses can Teach" Here, I want check boxes for a list of training courses that are available. These will be the same as course type in 'tasks' (below) B) "Home location" this is text field, where I type a city. Don't want pull down menu. 3. New filter or control tool Sort or select Trainer (resource) by 'Courses can Teach' 4. Auto Schedule (wishlist--is this possible?) I would like to see a demo of "auto schedule" if this is possible: a) I define 100 or so training courses ('tasks') * I set the course 'name' 'type' 'Location' 'dates' * I press "auto schedule" * Trainers ('resources') are automatically loaded into the task based on i. Home base = training location then ii. Courses can teach = course type
