i would like a template made that looks like this site: [login to view URL] id like it to be made generic to be a template, have images NOT flash, and i want the navigation to have same mouseover effect but NO flash. use filler text since this is to be a template, and space-filler images too since it will be a template. a generic template so i can use for any website. i want the template done in css..layout and formatting. no tables.
