Pat on The Back

Pat on the back is a small website for a public school, in big summary is a small version of an internal facebook for all staff that works for the school. The name pat on the back comes from when you congratulate a colleague for work that they did for you or any work they did and you are ware off and you would like to congratulate them for. The message that you send to a user stays private for the staff member until they decide to post it in the wall. Most of the design and explanation it's been attached on 2 PDF files, POT Design and POT Brief. I a ataching a document called POT Project, here is what we need. Please read carefully and agree if you want to do this project for us. I am writing the conditions here so we are clear on what you agreed for. Conditions: The school will create 5 Milestones and these will be released by progress on the website. How progress is made can be negotiated by school and designer using set goals of progress. This will be agreed before starting the project. Preview for the website will be done on School's hosting. THE SCHOOL WILL ONLY PAY 100 HOURS AT $25 US ONLY FOR THE PROJECT. If users are not logged in they can't see anything on the website. Only logged in users can see content, this is a private website. Google authentication is important. is there any possibility of allowing a google distribution group to be able to login as users? The website needs to be loaded in computers screens and SMART PHONES SCREENS. Users can upload photos to their profiles or to share with Pat on the back. Photos will need to be adjusted with resolution so they all have the same formatting and standard, this can probably be 640X 480 Pixels, as photos are just to see on mobile screens and computers not for printing purpose. User will need to get an email when there is a new Pat on the back message in their My Wall Website domain [login to view URL] The website needs to be able to be edited by the school members in case that the schools decides to take a new programmer/designer for the website modifications. The website will be hosted on a public web-hosting chosen by the school. The designer will do all work on the hosting chosen by the school. Administrators accounts need to be created to moderate the website, administrator will have power to create, delete, edit post on the public wall and inside member profiles. Also create, suspend and delete profiles. The website will need to be written from scratch, no templates.
