Design for a corporate website

We are searching for a continuous partnership with someone able to create creative, user-friendly and attractive layouts for websites. We require you to send us the psd/ai files at the end of every job. For this job we need you to create the layout for a company website. The company sells doors, windows and awnings. It's preferred you might provide some general idea of how would you carry out this job or some preview of what you think could be an attractive solution for this company type (also similiar works are welcome). Don't forget that if you treat us as partner there will be future jobs for you. This is a more detailed description of the project itself: - menu voices "home", "about us", "our mission", "work with us", "contact us" - homepage: will provide a simple (300 words) description, a header containing a javascript transition image galley (3-4 imgs) and the three main focuses for the company "awesome products", "respect of the environment", "customer care" - about us: here we'll talk of the company and the staff - our mission: the mission will talk about the importance of human resources and enviromental preservation. - work with us will contain a brief description about the job environment and a list of available positions (with a link to a page for each position available) - contacts will contain a contact form, company data (street, phone #, and so on) and a gmap view. I'm giving you this informations so you can better choose a theme for your purpose. Use as much images as you like to express page (or paragraph) content. The logo is a square (choose yourself the dimension, but since it contains text it's not a good idea to have it smaller than 142px x 142px). Beside the logo there's also a 3 words trademark. Unfortunatly I can't give you the exact text or logo but keep in mind that the logo has been made as vectorial image, so it's pretty easy to resize it to any request size (this will be done by ourself). Company colors are: black, yellow and white. That's all, you only have to deliver the graphics, do not forget that by giving us a preview of your idea for this project you increase possibilities to be choosen.
