Design a Website Mockup -- 2

Building a website that will have a dynamic landing page and 4 sub sections (at present), each of these will have a main page where all content is listed (broken down by quantity selected by user) and a more details page. These 4 sub sections should be nearly identical, with something standing out, to differentiate each sub section. Require a non heavy graphics design, must be symmetrical, clean, possibly flat and very well planed out for a pleasant user experience. CSS/HTML must be validated by w3c. The site will be multilingual, therefor all content will be fetched from the db, including navigation - this means no img navigation with wording. Also require Logo design for the domain name.
