Changes to home page & admin config on my Magento site

After a disaster with a previous Freelancer (who deleted my entire database of over 1,000 products) I have now decided to rebuild my website one step at a time even if it takes longer and costs more. Another six jobs mainly to the home page at [login to view URL]; 1. Delete 'Home' tab from home page top menu, equalize width and centralise text on the remaining four category tabs. 2. Change the wording 'Shop by Brand' to 'Browse by Manufacturer', add and integrate drop-down menu the same style as this site: [login to view URL] 3. Reduce home page scrolling by minimizing white space between frames. Change all text font size and line spacing at foot of page to match that of [login to view URL] (bottom of page). 4. Minor font size and layout changes to home page left hand menu sub and sub sub categories in drop-down. I want this to look like that on [login to view URL] 5. Implement dynamic pricing in admin section adding GBP as the default currency plus EUR for Eurozone countries and USD for rest of the world. I think this is based on visitors IP but am not [login to view URL] this please delete the three currency logo's at top of home page! Slowly slowly. Thank you. David
