Business to Business Web Application

This is similar to a paper doll game. Customer wants to have a web app that shows counter top (may be various styles) to select specific equipment to be placed on countertop. Countertop would grow with equipment calculating measurement of space. Equipment can be from a dropdown list but may need to be clicked and dragged or placement moved some how (maybe select and arrows left and right). The program itself would need to be customizable with company logo, specific equipment (revised versions added) new types of background added on canvas. And final counter layout needs to be printable or saved to jpeg format. I would need a working "blueprint" in html/css/js.
