Build an Online Store based on Prestashop

Hi, i need for a new project an online store build based on prestashop and shall support following features 1.) Multilanguage & Multistore (first year only english will be used, at a later stage German, French, Spanish and Chinese shall be added) 2.) Once customer enters the website he shall be able to choose between EU, US and International store. Shall be remembered - but at the same time also able to change 3.) Shall support different currencies and VAT settings for the 3 stores Since the shipments will be conducted from the EU the EU store shall charge VAT, US & International no VAT EU store in Euros US store in USD prices shall be set manually, not autoconvert! 4.) the Emails shall be Prestashop unbranded! 5.) Instagram carousel 6.) Affiliates modul: since i will cooperate strongly with bloggers who will promote my products i need an affilates model in which they can see their pending commisions, get some coupons, etc 7.) Theme Implementation - i will buy a ready one 8.) Under the Multistore tree one private shop (accessable only for registered users, i guess need here a modul) for wholesale customers 9.) implement paypal, etc. I am sure there will be still some questions, please feel free to ask. Important is for me that i want to set a fixed price and not rediscuss later on - so if something is not clear...please ask! I want to take over a fully functional online store which i need to fill up only with my products and get started tks
