Hello Sir, as per the image you attached and the description of project it seems you need to build the woocommerce pages using the Fusion Builder of Avada Theme. I have worked with other page builder themes like Divi Page builder and same concept can be used out here to create the pages. I have extreme experience in woocommerce/wordpress to handle this project. I will design the category, product, cart and checkout pages. I have seen your mockup and i like your design, could suggest some stuff to add it and make it more modern, as for features i got all what it would be needed to do your mockup but would also recommend to add social media login/register so your customers will be able to register a account and login with their social media profiles, make it responsive so the customers will be able to buy even from their mobiles or tablets, get some modern effects like shadows on the category images on the home to make it more 3d to the view and less flat, some parallax on sections where it have a background and stylize the checkout process to make it less boring. As for the time of australia i don't mind because i work normally for new zealand so im used to that timezone
