Build an Online Store --Presta

I have a current webstore using Prestashop 1.4... I would like to rebuild it in Prestashop 1.6 (latest version) with all features + data ported over. Will share link of current site with the shortlisted bidders ... Features including 3 Page checkout (standard is 5 page) Waiting list Paypal and Stripe payment gateway Generate mailing labels Banner/button functions i have PSD for the site. I need mobile version in Bootstrap (current 1.4 site is using CSS for mobile,)
