Build an Online Store

I would like to have a advertisement list for all countries in the world. The front screen will have three selections to receive the ads from that city. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] then click go for the advertisement to be seen in the slider. - The advertisement tag will have two panel, one with ads and another with name of companies, when click on the name of a company in the name panel, the ad will change to show that company listing. to find another city, have to select the country, state a city again -The back end. I want a admin to view all company record, and be able to select company by country and city. I want to be able to activate and deactivate. the ad-manager is for business to sign up to upload, edit and detect their ads in their panel.
