Build an Online Store

I urgently need an online store to sell Oriental carpets. Developer will be very familiar with Wordpress, Woocommerce and its "Canvas" theme also the use of Child themes. Design mockup and site development and installation are required. I am happy to use a child theme if it speeds the build but it will need modifications to build something graphically and content rich. I do not want an off the shelf e-commerce theme site. The site will sell expensive products and must be beautifully designed and built. The developer will need to research the best carpet websites and use the best ideas for the design. Rich content are good graphics are very important. Logins for many carpet suppliers are required. The login will then be enable a new price which will override the advertised website price. This new price is then used in the payment gateway. The site will be used as a template for other sites which will have their own branded webpages and access the central db. These sites will be required as they are sold and the developer will have ongoing work implementing them. Two payment gateways are required. Paypal (inbuilt in Woocommerce) and another (yet to be decided) Website will be compatible for all major browsers like Firefox, Chrome and IE. Website will be mobile friendly. It will adjust its dimensions according to mobile display size for all major devices.
