App Design Team wanted to new 'Check-In' App

New App Production company is looking for an organized and highly accomplished design team to create the first (and potentially more) of my companies' App concepts, intended exclusively for the iPhone. I have included a brief description of the main functions that this App will use; however, the full details will be disclosed once I interview the top teams and receive a signed NDA. Included in that packet will be a Detailed Description, Purpose, Storyboard, and Wireframes. I will be accepting bids for this Application for the next week. However, the projected start date for this project will be May-June 2014, with the intent to be "live" on iTunes by July 2014. Main Features of App: 1) GPS location-tracking 2) 'Check-in' functionality 3) Clock 'countdown' functionality 4) News page that we (the production company) can post videos from Youtube and articles from News sites 5) Messaging page in which we (production company) can blast messages to all the users 6) and more Submission Requirements: 1) Have iPhone App development experience with at least 100 hours of work logged 2) Have a rating of at least 4 stars 3) Be fluent in English 4) Have example work that I can review Skills Required: 1) iPhone 2) Objective C 3) Cocoa 4) C Programming 5) Web site experience to create a high-quality landing page Additional Skills Preferred: 1) Have access to a Graphics Design Team. I will have most of the artwork completed by the time I hire this team; however, it would be helpful if you have graphics artists within your team to help create additional marketing tools. 2) Have access to a larger team or network of programmers if we add certain functionalities that your team cannot accomplish 3) Web Site programming experience. I may release an online (basic) version of this App. 4) Web App experience 5) Android programming experience. I may release an Android version of this app Additional Back-End Requirements: 1) This App will use the 'User check-in' data for additional purposes, and we will need a back-end system that can manage and manipulate this data. (more details on this after the NDA is signed) 2) A primary feature of this App will be to provide our users with a Map and List of certain participating locations (similar to Foursquare, Starbucks App, and lots more). I would like an easy way to be able to ADD and REMOVE these participating locations from the App. Extras: 1) This App will also need Monthly management and updates, upgrades, bug fixes, etc. If all goes well with this project, I may be interested in hiring the development team with a 'Monthly Retainer' to manage and update the App. I have many upgrades already planned. 2) This is an opportunity to get in on the ground-floor with a new App Production team that has plenty of more App concepts we would like to bring to market.
