Develop Content & Website for Online School

We need someone to develop approximately 40 Hours of content that consists of 23 chapters. The course must be broken into 4-15 sub sections per chapter including a quiz at the end of each sub section consisting of 2-15 questions (Depending on the size of the subsection). Each chapter must include a 15-25 question chapter test draw from a pool of 50 questions per chapter. A Final test that must include a 150 question final exam based on all 23 chapters. The Final Exam must randomly draw from the pool of 1150 chapter test questions. The Content must be thorough and factually correct. Content will be Based on a 500 page Study Manual and built into a website. The site must have an individual log-in and track progress of each user, Calculate test scores for each Chapter and require a 70% or better on final test. With a limit of 3 attempts There will be 3 levels of access standard, Elite and Admin. Elite must include a main page that shows breakdown of each chapter’s test score with a link to each chapter test. Standard only includes Basic course access. Elite user’s login needs 8 simple to answer personal questions (for security). Elite Users will have access to expanded chapter tests consisting of 50 randomized questions per chapter. Elite users will not be permitted to retake the same chapter test in succession. Admin will be able to view all login history Track Scores and all Activity We need to have this done within the next 4-8 Weeks.
